Live Production Overview

Sedona UAS will provide video production services for a live streaming event and will record the event for edit and upload for online viewing

Pre-production

Sedona UAS will do all the necessary prep work to ensure a quality show.

Preproduction elements include:

• Phone calls and meetings
• Arranging graphics elements, logos, lower 3rds, names, sponsors, and credits
• Consult with lighting
• Help to create a show format
• Create a video or graphics open and closing for the show
• Create promotional video content for social media. (Additional cost)

Production

Sedona UAS will have trained staff and professional gear on site.

Production elements include:

• Setup of production equipment in a clean and neat manner
• Camera blocking
• Lighting, white balancing and exposure
• Audio EQing and feedback elimination
• Testing (or faxing) all show elements
• Mic’ing talent
• Rehearsals
• Making necessary adjustment
• Start recordings
• Start streaming
• Directing, video switching, audio mixing of all video production aspects
• Strike equipment and leaving the venue as clean as it was when we arrived

Post-production

Sedona UAS continues by taking the recorded video and audio elements and piecing together a finalized video for airing.

Post-production elements include:

• Downloading all the show footage into the editing system. (Audio, camera, video and graphics)
• Time aligning all the separate pieces
• Edit video
• Color grade, camera match, fix any performance issues, trim extended pauses
• Add opening, closing, sponsors and credits
• Speed watch entire video (at 2 to 4 times speed) for quality control
• Render finished video, spot check every 30 seconds for quality control
• Upload finished video for approval

 Rendering and uploading times can be as long as the total length of the video

After Production

Sedona UAS offers additional services after the production is complete (at an additional cost)

After Production elements include:

• Highlight videos
• Promotional videos for future shows
• High resolution archival video files
• Upload videos for non public viewing (friends and family only)
• Archive all footage
